Who we are
Clermont Excavation is a referral service connecting property owners with independent excavation contractors. We are not a licensed contractor. We don't perform excavation, land clearing, grading, septic, pool, trenching or other construction work, and we aren't a party to any agreement between you and a contractor. Descriptions of work on this site describe what contractors in the area do, not work we perform.
No guarantees
We don't guarantee any contractor's availability, pricing, schedule, workmanship, license, insurance or warranty. Check licenses with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and get terms in writing.
Information on this site
Prices are published ranges, not quotes. Rule summaries are general information, not legal, engineering or arborist advice, and may be out of date.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from this site, a referral or a contractor's work.
Governing law
Florida law governs these terms.
